Ordered a phone on Friday, and was given the option of next day delivery, which I accepted. A short time later I received an e-mail confirming the order and delivery date. Waited at home on Saturday, but no delivery arrived. Checked order status online. Item had changed to "sorry, no longer available". Why had they not e-mailed or called me to tell me that, and saved me the trouble of waiting for a delivery that wouldn't arrive?

Ordered memory and received an e-mail confirmation that it would be despatched within 24 hours. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Worse still, there is no response at all to my phone calls or e-mails. Not sure what's going on with this company, so best steer clear for now.
Bed was poorly designed and manufactured and broke as soon as we'd finished putting it together. We ordered replacement parts, but these too were broken...
So time for a refund... My girlfriend took a day off work on the collection date, but they did not show. When we called to complain, Bedworld claimed that a) the delivery person had called but there was no one home and b)the delivery company had contacted us to rearrange delivery for the next day. Both of those things were completely untrue!
We were unwilling to risk another day's holiday, and Bedworld would not collect on a Saturday, or even given an indication of the time of day they would make the collection. Eventually we took the bed to my girlfriend's workplace and they collected from there.
To top it all off, they did not refund the money back to my credit card until I chased them...
This whole process took almost two months from placing our order. The worst thing about dealing with Bedworld was their unwillingness to go even slightly out of their way to help us, even though the all of the problems came about because they supplied a faulty product.
