I waited indoors all day for my parcel to arrive. When it failed to turn up I tracked it online. What a surprise to find that my parcel had in fact been 'delivered' and signed for as 'SIDE GATE'.
Going into my garden to check, I found that the parcel had been chucked over the 6 foot gate and was lying muddy and soggy from the heavy rain we'd had that afternoon.
Why did this moron of a driver go to all the effort of going down my garden to throw the parcel over the gate when he/she could have just rung my doorbell and delivered it safely? Also, who gave them authority to sign for the parcel when I was able to receive it myself?
This company is a disgrace. I would rather go with Royal Mail in future as they don't employ complete buffoons as drivers. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL TO GO MISSING/GET DAMAGED/TURN UP IN A RANDOM PLACE.
