I needed to return a nursery set. It took over 2 weeks for the items to be collected, this was also due to me having to contact the supplier directly. I had to email and call so many times for anything to be done. No one seemed to understand what was going on. I allways got "we are waiting for a responce from the supplier". I asked to be called back and be kept informed, not once did they bother!! Now the items have been collected. The supplier phoned me to say they had recived the items back and have sent an email to Bambino Direct to say that and to issue a refund. I contacted Bambino and suprise they have not recived an email! Once again "first we are really sorry", we will get this sorted. I am still waiting for a call back and a refund. I must also add dont bother with emailing them. They have no idea whats been said over the phone. Also the customer service number is an 0844 number.
