Best price I could find, phoned to check stock and there was 1 item left and I was told that it had been reserved for me for delivery on Monday (the only day I could be at home to take the delivery) so I placed the order online as instructed by the sales clerk. That afternoon I had a call from a different sales clerk to say the last item (that was reserved for me) had been sold and couldn't be delivered for another week. She was rude and I cancelled the order. Then I had a call back and i flew off the handle - the manager sorted it for me and got me a delivery for Monday. Sorted in the end but was very frustrating. Despite this I would still prefer spending money with a smaller business than a big chain.
