Getting out to the chemist after my surgery was quite difficult so it was important the delivery time was quick, and it was. Item arrived as advertised too.
I'm not sure why anyone sells a product that is apparently only intended for 3 days use in larger amounts but I guess that's the manufacturers issue and not theirs.
I have used Viovet for several years now and will continue to do soft the foreseeable future. Quick delivery and quite reasonable prices. I don't like how several items have been squashed on receipt which has left me wondering if the Frontline etc was brand new or not. Nothing has ever been damaged to the point of not being able to use it though.
It came very quickly and was as expected. The only issue I had was the packaging. It was very badly beaten when it arrived as it was a flimsy box (not Pet-Supermaket's fault) sent in a wafer thin plastic envelope. For a product like mine that was not breakable it was fine though. Better than the over packaging I so often get from others.
I've used Mazuma twice in 12 months. I'm not a 15yr old who insists on having the latest phone. I just happened to have 2 phone I wanted to get rid of because they were just too complicated.
The first phone sent was an unwanted iPhone upgrade. I've never liked it so off it went to Mazuma for (if I remeber correctly) almost £300. It was risky, even moreso because I didn't register the envelope. I just put it in the rather flimsy, unpadded envelope they sent. I was fretful for about 24 hours until I got an e-mail telling me they had received it. 3 hours later every penny promised was in my account. No waiting, no cheques to clear etc. It was just there!
The 2nd time was last week. I had replaced my iPhone with a bad purchase. I decided I couldn't live with it so off it went to Mazuma. This time I registered the envelope even though it was less valuable. So the next day I checked the Royal mail track and trace area around midday to see if it had been delivered. Nothing. I then went to check my e-mail and I had 2 from Mazuma; 1 to say the phone had been received and was being tested, another to say the money had been transfered. I went to check my balance online and there it was, again, every penny. Royal Mail did not show my package as delivered until 4 hours later!
Bottom line; Mazuma is faster at paying up than Royal Mail are at even confirming a parcel has been delivered!
I had used another phone exchange website to get rid of my first iPhone but because Mazuma paid more I decided to give them a go. The first company did absolutely nothing wrong but it's all down to £££.
The one criticism i have of Mazuma is the envelopes they send. A plastic envelope with no padding is not ideal, far from it. I won't complain that I had to pay 20p for a padded envelope and another £1.24p to register it but if they want to make their service perfect well there you go.
