Placing the order was easy, price was comnpetitve, delivery was on time, products were as exactly as advertised. Cant think of any reason not to use them again. Only issue was that as I was looking for a replacement set of door handles with privacy lock to match a broken 18 year old set on the bathroom door, a little more dimensional information would have been useful. I took a small risk that paid off very well as the handles were spot on except for a very minor difference in the pitch of the backplate screws. Easily sorted.
