I need my handbag

The check - in at east Mids was a bit messy and as it was early morning my partner was getting agitated because she does not like flying ... When one of the check- in girls told her she had got to put her handbag (which was a little shoulder bag) in her on flight cabin luggage that did it .. She was so angry having to juggle the contents about ... Then to top it all we met friends on Malaga airport who had flew from Newcastle with Jet2 and his wife had a very large handbag and was allowed to take it through as hand luggage aswell as 2 other bags !!!!! Please apply the same rules across the board !!!
