LEFT ABANDONED

Everything was going really well flight and transfers until i arrived at hotel reception. I was then informed there was no room for me and that alphas rooms were contacted 3 days prior to my holiday by e mail informing them of my position.I was travelling for the first time alone and felt very frightened...... I was told i would be put into apartments along the road, as i was alone i felt more isolated that is why i had booked a bb hotel with a pool. My first morning i got soaked going to breakfast i arrived at breakfast it looked like someone had thown a bucket of water over me.. I spoke to the manager who was very nice and friendly, that i really wasn't happy. Then that day at noon someone knocked at my apartment to inform me that there was a room for me i was so thrilled i coudln't wait to packed again. When i arrived i was told it would only be for 1 or 2 nights i couldn't believe what was happening and just wanted to come back home. Bearing in mind that i was calling the local telephone number for assistance, while on my stay which when i finally got through was told i had wrong number. There again what could they do they were told before i arrived there was not a room but left me anyway. The next day, day 3 of my 7 day holiday that i was to move now to another room. So back again to my room to pack it was now the 3rd room and the third time of packing my suitcase when i should of been out enjoying the holiday, i was so looking forward to after a hell of a year.So even though Alpha rooms might have been a bit cheaper other companies were having rooms for their guests?
