We wanted to order some flowers to be delivered to our Auntie the same day, after we heard the night before that our Uncle had passed away. The order was placed approx 9am in the morning & she rang to say a beautiful bouquet had been delivered just over 3 hours later.would not hesitate to use this service again, even though the £7.95 delivery charge for same day delivery is quite steep
Having seen an article on KRS in The Mail on Sunday,I realised that equity release could be the solution to mum's problem of moving to a more expensive county (Leicester to Rutland) & not having sufficient funds to renovate the property she wanted.
From first contact;when I rang to enquire on her behalf about the scheme,I was extremely impressed by the courteous & friendly manner of the staff. Our advisor was knowledgable & helpful in guiding mum & myself through the process, and made everything as straightforward as possible.we were never under any pressure, nor did we get the 'hard sell' which very often blights the purchase of goods & services.
Be advised though, that both KRS & Aviva make their own seperate charges for supplying the scheme,so you will not end up the amount that you apply for.
