Called up for advice on some products I was looking to purchase, customer service lady was really helpful and talked me through the benefits and pointed out what offers they had on sites and freebies I could ask to my basket, fast delivery and cheaper than the highstreet!! Looking forward to placing my next order :)
I placed an order on the 26/08/12 for the Toni & Guy hour glass wand curler. Immediately after placing the order I realized I had not updated my address after recently moving back to Home after leaving university. So roughly 2 minutes after this I contacted very and cancelled the order.
Two days later I noted that on my account information that the item had been delivered, I contacted very immediately and over a period of 8 days I received 4 automated responses and nobody actually willing to help me, when I did get a reply from someone they said that I had personally signed for it and they had the signature to prove it, alas this was not the case, I photocopied my passport and sent it directly to the advisor. I was then ignored for a further 7 days, today I got a reply stating that I will not be getting credited for the item as this was my fault , even though I had been in contact to cancel the item within 10 minutes of the order.
Useless customer service, spent over £1000 with the company and they wont refund me £30.
