Very disappointed in the way they handled my order of the new iphone 5. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me last week Sunday 16/09 that I could get a new iPhone 5 (as a straight upgrade on the same carrier) by Friday 21st so I went for it. I waited all day Friday until I got a call around 17:00 to tell me there had been a mistake and that I would for sure get the phone by 12:00 the next day (Saturday). I called then at 11:30 on Saturday to check the status of my order, and just to hear an other lame excuse on their part! What a load of s..t!!! Apologise and tell me the truth and I'll be fine but don't make me wait 1 1/2 day at home for a delivery that hasn't even been processed. Shame you just lost a customer! All that to try to make your numbers look good - well done!
