great customer service

the only reason its not 5 stars is because some of the cashbacks dont get paid, or take several months - even a year to get paid - but thats not really down to quidco.
I recently changed my bank and forgot to let quidco know so my payment got returned. they have been really good, helping me get it sorted, and I have just received confirmation that it is going to the new account this week - I am a happy bunny:-)
