PATHETIC TREATMENT
i purchased a virus ti synth from this shop on the 20/6/2012 , the item started playing up on the friday, sticking notes , weird noises and finally it failed completely and i spent most of friday trying to get it going again, i took it back to the shop saturday for a refund as i have lost faith in the unit, i did not want a replacement. i had to fight for a partial refund of my money this company did not believe me when i said it was faulty, the tested it for 30 mins and came to the conclusion it was fine after 30 mins of testing. they held on to £140 of my money!!!! saying that it was a re stock fee!!!, how can you re stock a faulty item??? i will be taking this further with legal action, but just be aware about buying anything from guitar guitar in glasgow do so at your own risk, i have spent thousands of pounds with this shop and this is the way i am treated. UPDATE!!!! to this situation , one of the decent staff on the digital side,ian tested the unit on the sunday to find the unit faulty so i get my refund, if only i had been listened to on saturday it would have saved all this hassle, on a brighter note if you ever need to buy a bass you can expect nothing but good service from billy in the bass section of the shop, i have purchased a couple of rickenbacker 4003 basses from billy and you get his full attention to find the right bass for you. the digital side of things have a lot to learn on customer relations.
