Angry Customer - Ink Shortages remain uncorrected

I have used Prink for a couple of years and always found then excellent in the past. However my recent order placed on 13th September this year arrived quickly - next day but there were 4 shortages in one colour which had been ordered. I have sent 5 emails in the last week. None of these have been acknowledged and their phone line states they are too busy to take orders or enquiries over the phone. I remain an angry and frustrated customer. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
