We live in Moscow, Russia and ordered a couple of things. The most expensive ones were highland boots Zamberlan and garmin heart monitor (pulsometer) and three more things.
After the placement of the order they charged my card immediately, though usually e-shops only block money on the card before they check if they have all things from the order.
On the next day they sent me the letter that the have only boots and pulsometer. OK, we need this things.
Two or three days have past and they informed me that the don't have boots too. That was rediculous, but OK, I hoped to get pulsometer.
What in the end? In Russia we have rubles, not dollars. So, after the moneyback we lost $50 on the course of $. They also charged $60 for the 9-day delivery, but two weeks have past already and we have not get this EXPENSIVE pulsometer (it finally costed me more than I should pay for the same thing in Russia)
