if their not capping your "unlimited" broadband their stopping it completely and if it rains youve got no hope of even sending an email youd be better off tying a note round a carrier pigeon and sending it off with best intentions. we payed our bill then 4 hours later they disconnected us for not paying it we contacted the voice actor they hired to operate the phone and the pleb told us that we had to wait 24 hours to be reconnected when we shouldnt have been cut off in the first place. absolute jokers i strongly suggest suicide for all Talktalk employees because im one disconection away from doing it for them. Rant over.
