Bedworld corrected my order with no issues and their customer service (Sharon) were very efficient. Nightfreight who were due to deliver the bed took it to the wrong address (over 30 houses away) and dropped it there with no signature. Their story changed on what had happened to it, initially blaming me for taking it, which I knew I hadn't of course. I ended up having to carry it down the street with help over a week after it was supposed to be delivered. Not my first bad experience with Nightfreight!
