I have used MedicAnimal on previous occasions with no problems. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. I ordered my cat food in good time so I didn't run out. However when my order was received it was incorrect. I telephoned MedicAnimal and informed them and was told I would have the order by the beginning of the next week. Nothing was received so I telephoned again. I was then told there had been a system error and my order had not gone through. In fact my order was not even ready for dispatch from the warehouse and would not be with MedicAnimal until tomorrow or the next day but should be with me before Christmas ! I am now out of food and will have to purchase some elsewhere. The young man did apologise but that is not going to get me my order any faster is it ! He did say I had been sent an email but I haven't received that either !
