E2save

Do not use e2save

My partner entered into a contract with e2save with a cashback offer. They were always a bit late in honouring the claim with at least one reminder made to them via email or phone. Thankfully she made her last claim at the end of July, there was no reply (no surprise) and an email was sent asking why no answer. They finally answer six weeks later saying that the claim should be made with a downloaded bill from the T-mobile site, funny how all previous claims were settled using a screenshot! Coupled with this we moved house, of course e2save made things easy by not accepting a verbal qualification of this but need something in print such as a bank statement or utility bill (these days who does use paper!!) Ok then just send it to the previous address, my parents, Oh no say e2save you have told us about the change of address now you must prove it.
Anyway after all this and the huge delays in replying they now say my partner is too late!!! They are now ignoring my email to them about all of this. I think a visit to a carphone warehouse branch to complain. A little tip for anyone with the same problems; go into your nearest Carphone Warehouse and use their phone to call e2save, they will soon get annoyed at that. I think a call to a lawyer would be interesting too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are charlatans and conmen. They think that by being deliberately obstructive people will just give up.
