I ordered a set of Super Lux Premier mats with leather edging for my Mum's Citroen DS3 for Christmas on 16th December.
The mats were delivered on the 20th December.
The quality and fit is superb - much much better than any other mat I've had. Customer service is second to none too

I ordered a bottle of Camus brandy for my father's Christmas present from The Whisky Exchange. It's not readily available but they had plenty of stock - including interesting varieties on their easy to use website. Ordering was quick and easy, the bottle was well packaged and it arrived in good time. No problems at all
I sent my iPhone 4S to mendmyi.com for repair for water damage. On receipt I heard nothing for a few days then a phone call saying that the phone had water damage - I knew this as I booked it in for a water damage repair. They wanted to send it off to another company which could cost more money (quote to follow) or it might not. It seemed like no one knew what was happening. I said yes - no contact for another week or so. After this my phone just arrived arrived, repaired, for the original cost. The only reason why I'm giving them a four star review is that the repair was successful and a good price and the phone was delivered complete with a repair report. Communication, however, is disastrous!
I sold my faulty iPhone 3GS on FoneBank.com a few weeks ago. They offered a great price and a free post service. I'm pleased to report that they paid the agreed price quickly after receiving the package but some communication would be nice! I would have liked to receive an e-mail to let me know that it arrived successfully and another to let me know that I'd been paid - I only knew when checking my bank account!
