product received not a described
No problem with the service from Castleberg but the mountain hardware effusion jacket I received was not exactly as described it had the reflective trim missing. After contacting Mountain Hardware I think they are in the denial about the significance of this because I have other photos online of the same jacket sans trim. Mountain Hardware clothing is expensive so they need to take more care of their quality control and take their customers concerns more seriously.
