I purchased 2 mattresses and bedframes from Worldstores. The mattresses were not delivered on specified date and the bedframes were damaged (rotten wood). I need worldstores to pick up the bedframes so I can receive a refund. They have failed to turn up on agreed collection dates and each time I try to ring them the phone rings out. I have written several emails and have received no response and am really unsure of what else I can do!
The after sales support is awful, however, when your ring the sales phone number someone picks up within minutes!!!!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with on the internet and I would stringly advise that if anyone is considering trading with them to not bother.
