Good customer service over a damaged bass

Despatch and delivery is brilliant. Unfortunately have to knock a star off as the bass came with some damage (inside the manufacturer's box not from the delivery itself) - however, GAK dealt with this extremely efficiently with no quibbles and a replacement was sent out and this time it was opened and checked before being sent.

So overall very pleased - it may be an idea for GAK to routinely open manufacturer packaging to check stock before shipping though as this could then be avoided.
