It all depends on the supplier

Presumably Bathroom2u acts as agent to suppliers - in my case Tre Mercati.

We have had quite a lot of difficulty with the Tre Mercait taps we bought. One of them had a scratched spout with a black mark on it. B2u were helpful in getting Tre Mercati to deal with it - they have replaced it with the wrong model so we now have to get a third one! Furthermore, I understand from the plumbers that while the taps look nice enough they are a bit of an engineering nightmare badly threaded and leaking when first fixed so that lots of gunk had to be put on to make them unleaky.

I'm not sure I would buy bathroom supplies on the internet again. It's troublesome replacing faulty supplies or sending back things you don't like the look of.
