The service was quick and reliable and the magnets I bought were small but very strong ideal for my purpose.

I was genuinely surprised by the strength of the magnets I bought, they hold notices securely without obscuring them. Delivery was very quick and the whole online process of ordering and payment was easy. I thought the warnings about the strength of the magnets was at first just after sales patter but soon found they were true and prevented what could have been serious consequences to my computer disks, credit cards and fingers! When I have further need of more magnets I will return to First4Magnets.

Oakea good, foreign manufacturer bad.

The order and delivery process of my furniture from Oakea were very good although the name of the firm was transformed to Stock2u sometime between order and delivery, just to throw in a little confusion. One of the items I purchased was a Somerset Single Wardrobe which required assembly. The assembly was reasonably easy until I encountered 2 rear fixing holes in the base that did not match with fixing holes in the base of the sides and the only way to complete the assembly was to use the back to keep the sides roughly at right angles to fit inside the lip of the base and secure it with the 2 front fixings which did match. This was a fault of the foreign manufacturers but detracted from the whole Oakea experience.
The wardrobe is now functioning reasonably well despite the slight forward bow in the middle of the door.

Dear Mr. Bracewell,

Thanks for your feedback on your wardrobe. I am sorry that you had this problem which we were not aware of.

Just to let you know, we are very approachable, we are here to help and welcome any questions and comments by phone.

We have not seen this problem before in the Somerset wardrobes. If there were holes drilled in the wrong location, we would be really grateful if we could have a picture of the fault, so that this can be immediately rectified and addressed for future production.

Each component is manufactured using the same jigs, then test assembled. So holes in the wrong location are very unlikely to filter through. If this happens it is very important to us and our future customers that this is brought to our attention.

Thanks again for your order and your feedback. If you have any further comments or questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
