Not happy with the delivery man

I'm not happy with the delivery man.he was really rude.he bring my parcel with big wood trolley I asked him can u just put it little bit closer because I can't hold it I was my own he could said it nicely to me no he said it really rude way he left every thing and went

This issue has been addressed with our carrier and they have asked for me to pass on their apologizes. We aim to make every customers order run smoothly, efficiently and a pleasant experience. On this occasion we have. through our partner carrier service come under our standard set. We are working with them to achieve our standard from now and into the future.
