Bad service

My order didn't arrive yet.
I've got in touch with customer service from the first day after dispatch,because the link to track my order didn't work. Only today after 5 working days, it works and say "Ready to ship".
I've paid for a tracked service that had to deliver the order to my country in 4-5 working days: instead it started working after 5 working days.
