I placed the order more than 15 working days ago and it is still not delivered and more over I do not have any feedback regarding watch availability or reasons for delay.
First I needed to chase, so that the placed order is processed, it happenned only after 3 working days.
Now I am chasing on the order status, but my e-mails are ignored.
I hope you improve your service in the future to avoid customer frustrution as it is not beneficial for the business at all.
