Worst customer service I've ever experienced - I can see from other people's reviews that it is not a coincidence my mails are being ignored.
Delivery was slow - So slow I asked for the order to be cancelled. The Customer Service advisor told me the order had already been dispatched, hence I couldn't cancel. Bizarrely, this email, and the standard "your order has been dispatched" mail came within a couple of minutes of each other. Clearly something had been done to push the order along once I'd already asked to cancel.
As a matter of principal, I sent the items back. However, before I did, I asked to confirm what would happen with me having to pay £6+ to send them back - when I had asked for them to be cancelled in the first place and that had been ignored. I was told my postage would be refunded.
2 months and 6 mail chases later - My postage has not been refunded, nor have they even had the courtesy to reply my mail.
Disgusting customer service - How they can simply ignore customer queries is beyond me!
I will never be using them again.
