Lost package but still charged postage!

Extremly slow shipping, ordered at another site a day after this one but received 2 weeks ago.Contacted customer service last week only replied that I'd be given a non reciept form to fill in and can choose to have a replacement or refund. The form came this week(like email a form takes a week long) with no option but replacement, fine, cos still wanted those goods. And I recieved a refund on the price of the contents only today, not postage, with a message stating the refund is done?! Disappointed.
