Goods not stocked & Long Lead time from suppliers
One month for a box of 'O' Rings. Although the staff we spoke to were polite and helpful, nobody was able to expedite our order. Further, the out of stock item remained on the web site with no notice of the long lead time.

It went wrong initially
The goods ordered were supplied direct from the manufactures, and seemed to have bounced their way from them to us, with the packaging and contents badly damaged. I contacted Just Off Base, who replied promptly and arranged for a replacement without delay. These guys are now in my 'Favorites'
