Ordered shorts 23rd April, listed as "in stock". After 2 weeks I emailed customer services. Even though they say they reply within 24 hours they never did. Again, emailed 4 days later, no reply. I rang their customer services several times during the same period but they didn't answer on any occasions that I tried. I am aware that they are based in Spain so I called at a time when they should be open.
Again, I checked the status of my order online but it said merely "payment accepted and order processed on 23rd April". The shorts on the website remained as being "in stock within 4 days" during all of this time. Eventually status changes to "in stock", after nearly 3 weeks.
Shorts arrived nearly 4 weeks later. I paid more than £8 for postage but they were still listed as sent "DPD ground".
Generally I never leave feedback unless it's really good or really bad.... This company do not value their customers so please do not give them your custom!! Please avoid and pay a little extra to get a decent service. I wish I had!!
Ordered a pair of difficult to find La Sportiva Ganda shoes from Barn Climbing Wall. The size that promptly arrived were slightly tight so i sent them back on the same day by registered post. I spoke with a nice chap from the Barn who told me to try the next quarter size up and that he would send them out as soon as the first set had been returned and he put aside the correct pair for me. Amazingly my new pair arrived a day later....talk about super fast shipping!! Very pleased with the shoes as they fit like a glove.... Many thanks Barn Climbing Wall!!
