Excellent service - 1 small problem but efficiently dealt with and resolved very quickly

Had a malfunctioned unit - reported same - no quibble - sent a replacement by return- Will use again


Not inspired by their delivery dates

Apart from ordering a few days before the Xmas period and New years hols it took too long to get to me via DHL. No concrete date was given only the latest date, and as a signature was required had to second guess when and be available!!

Discussed with Nordica Direct and whilst they admitted that my order could be assembled within 30 minutes ( I only ordered 1 club) failed to ship it sooner within the working period and was quite blaise about it in our conversation!! Not sure I want to further order with this company again!!

This order was placed Friday the 21 of December and since Monday-Wednesday was Christmas holidays your order was assambled the 28th of December. Yes it only takes about 30 min to assamble your club, but then the epoxy glue needs to set which takes 24 hours. Your order was sent the following wednesday since DHL did not work Monday and Tuesday (1-2 of January) becuase of new year.

If you would place a order on a Friday in a normal week without any holidays we will start and assamble the golf club on Monday and send the order on Tuesday, you should then recieve the package on Friday.




Teeth saved from decay!!

Placed order and received very promptly - Haven't used product yet but impressed with its packaging suggesting 'quality' - Seems very good value!
