Bad Returns Service

I purchased 2 pair of trousers, which were unsuitable, I returned the same day they arrived paying overnight delivery to Ted Baker, only to still be awaiting a refund 14 days later, When I phoned I was told even though they had received them, it takes up to 28 day to sort a refund even though I used paypal, what a joke

We do advise that refunds can take up to 30 working days in our terms and conditions,both on the website and your invoice, during peak times. Having checked however I can see that your refund has been issued today. Should you have any further concerns please contact customer services at ask.ted@tedbaker.com.
