Absolutely and Utterly Useless!!
All i want is my parcel that i have never had or signed for but My Hermes say that i tried to send it back on the 27th of September. Sounds to me like a lazy driver just wanted to get back home and put their own signature on it.
My Hermes then contacted me one month later to ask what they should do with the package. I said send it to me, so they spent another 2 days relabelling it.
Now they say it was misrouted to incorrect depot!!!
