Found this company on Google and decided to give them a try.
The prices looked a little to good to be true but decided to give them a go as internet consumer rights on buying make it a win win situation.
Because of a Bank Holiday they didn't arrive the next day, but hey did arrive the day after the holiday ended, so no problems their.
On unpacking and first time viewing, the quality stood out a mile.
The makeup,the stitching and material were superb and when hung there was very very little visible creasing. The curtains were purchased to cover a 10ft wide double french door and they really do it in style. So good in fact, I ordered another pair to cover the large window at the other end of the room which incidentally, did arrive the very next day.
An all round 'Highly Recommended' for this company.

Massive Difference In Price

I recently purchased and received an 'Archos 101 8Gb Internet Tablet' at a massive £60 cheaper than what was available on Amazon, and over £100 cheaper than other sites advertising the same product. I purchased this on Tier1's 'open box' type of product 'basically purchased and returned unused as not wanted'.
I got exactly that, appart from the original seal being broken, the device was immaculate in every way 'brand spanking new condition' and it runs perfectly.
So, to anyone unsure about purchasing 'open box products' from Teir1, don't be, they provide what they state and the young lady on the end of the phone is extremely friendly and helpful.
If you want to save a lot of money on your electronic purchases I 'Highly Recommend Teir1 Without Reservation'.

Problem 'Amplifier' Solved

I recently had to return an amplifier because on receipt I found that the specification on the HiFi Tower website did not correspond with the written specification enclosed with the amplifier. I immediately rang HiFi Tower and explained the problem (which by the way was not their fault). Within three days I had a complete refund, including postage and a firm apology for the error. If that's not great customer service from a genuinely caring company, I'd really like to know what is.
