When trying to order something I needed to get the item delivered to a different address (work) than my billing address as no-one would be there to accept it at home.
I found that their website insisted that my alternate postal address have a different email address as well, one that had to be different than the email address used for my billing postal address. This makes no sense. Why would you have a different email address for a different postal location? Most people are only likely to have ONE email address.
The site was friendly enough and the prices were good, but what made them stand out was that when I opened my new Amp (Yamaha RXA-1010) they had made their own 8 page or so A4 booklet to go with it to help with setup and explain all the basics of home AV and other related things (speaker placement, calibration, etc).
I didn't need the document, but the fact they'd gone through this extra level of effort (and that it was genuinely well written and amusing) ranks them highly in my book.
