You need to pray nothing goes wrong with the item you buy as their customer service is awful. God help you if you fill in the wrong form as some rude guy will just point it out and not offer any help to fill in the right one (even though you probably already did fill in the correct one - they just didn't like what you said!)
Then they RMA the item (which was a DOA) and take it back for 2 weeks....then return it DOA again!
seriously after 4 weeks "ownership" the PC hasn't EVER worked and now I'm stuck waiting to hear back from them about my options....not that they actually seem to care!
