I bought an Ansmann grip for my Nikon D80. First class price and quick delivery but it didn't stop there. The car charger for the grip had been damaged in transit and was unusable. I emailed Picstop and got a reply a few hours later. Next day I was phoned by Jeff of Ansmann to confirm the model of grip I had. Next day a new charging lead arrived in the post.
