Before ordering we phoned customer services to ask if we would get our tiles delivered on monday as we were ordering thursday night and we were assured we would. But on friday a voicemail was left for me explaining that actually we wouldnt be getting them until tuesday. (bearing in mind you're meant to get next day delivery if ordered before 1pm) anyway) They should not gurantee delivery if they cant keep to that guarentee.
