These look as good as other, more expensive, fat balls I have bought. I always try to get the net free ones and this company offer the choice of either. They were delivered in good time. I will certainly buy again.
No problem ordering and had email telling of delivery time and date in fast time. But I do not know what is going on with delivery firms as I seem to be having nothing but trouble of late. I was at home at the time stated, but heard no ring at the door. But on going to put rubbish in my bin found the parcel sitting on the garden table in the pouring rain, despite me including instructions where to leave it if not in. Mind you it was better than the last company I tried, their delivery company just dropped it over the gate. I feel sorry for the businesses as they are being let down, as it puts people off when things arrive damaged or sodden.
The shop itself seem OK but carrier service is rubbish. Was supposed to get a email with estimated time of delivery but got one saying it had already been delivered but it had not. I had to phone shop several times to find out what was going on. Then when it arrived they did not even come to the door but dumped it over the gate causing damage to contents (luckily only fat balls) it was too heavy for me to lift being an OAP so I had to unpack it all by the gate and make several trips up to the bungalow with the goods. I contacted shop to let them know and they just wanted me to send them pictures which I could not do. So I will be reluctant to shop here again if they are still using this method of delivery.

I will of course be raising this complaint with Yodel to make sure they are aware of this and, to make sure this does not happen again.
