Great rate poor service!

We ordered a good rate with CG but it failed to arrive when promised they didn't call us we had to call them only to find out a load of deliveries had 'gone missing', and they had the police there. This sounded very dodgy especially as this was our only dealings with them. The money did turn up 2 days late and barely in time for our holiday.
