I'm surprised to see all the negative comments as I've used Bet 365 for years and always found them to be very helpful. I get regular bonuses and offers, on the odd occasion I've messed up placing a bet they've cancelled it for me and fixed things.
I find the site easier to navigate than those of their main rivals my only complaint is that I don't win more often.
My wife arranged for flowers to be delivered to her Mother, who lives in France, on her birthday. When choosing iFlorist She was reassured by their claim of 'Guaranteed Satisfaction' but unfortunately this is a hollow claim.
She placed the order in good time and on her Mother's birthday attempted to use the iFlorist order tracking service to confirm that the flowers had been delivered. Unfortunately the tracking system was not working so She had to contact customer services. Eventually they confirmed that the flowers had not been delivered and would arrive a day late. My wife was very unhappy about this as She wanted the flowers delivered on the Birthday, not the day after. We feel strongly that the value of a birthday gift is diminished if it arrives late.
I attempted to explain this to an iFlorist employee via their web support chat client but either the person I was dealing with did not fully understand English or they were deliberately vague and avoided answering any of my questions.
I then made a complaint but unfortunately it was handled by the same individual. I have asked repeatedly for the matter to be reviewed by a supervisor and these requests have all been ignored. I have now wasted hours seeking recompense and all we have been offered is a refund of £2.90 (not even the whole delivery charge that they claim will be refunded in the event of late delivery on their website) and a £10 voucher against a future purchase (Do they really think we will be making a future purchase after this fiasco?)
The customer service is really abysmal, so if you are sending flowers for an important event and want to be confident that any problems will be efficiently and swiftly resolved this is a company to avoid.
28th Sept Update: I think it's only fair that I update my review and acknowledge that iFlorist have suddenly become responsive to my complaint and have swiftly compensated me for the irritation and inconvenience caused by the dismal customer service people they employ. In the end I've had a full refund and a complimentary bouquet, more than adequate and much more than I wanted. At the outset a 50% refund for my order being delivered late would have been perfectly acceptable but I spent almost 10 days exchanging nonsensical emails with someone who could or would not read them getting steadily nowhere. It was only publishing a review here that prompted iFlorist to respond positively to sort things out. Many people would have given up complaining long before I did and iFlorist need to make their complaints/communications process's much simpler so that this stuff does not happen again.
But having named and shamed them in public they have taken steps to make sue this does not happen again, I hope it doesn't and I will give them another chance.

Please accept our unreserved apologies for the problems you have encountered with your recent order with Iflorist. We agree wholeheartedly that a birthday present should be given to the recipient on the day of his/her birthday. It does not have the same effect if it is received a day late and for that we are truly sorry.
As a form of apology we will immediately refund the full cost of the order and arrange for a complimentary bouquet to be sent to a recipient of your choice. I will personally email you now separately regarding this matter.
