Got a fantastic deal on an iphone 5, better by far than the highstreet and my upgrade offer.
Checkout took 2 mins, phone arrived within 48 hours. Perfect.
OK, so they tack the gadget helpline on, but so what, they're a business, what do you expect? Quick phone call and its cancelled.
According to the tracking, my parcel was due to be delivered between 12 and 1pm. At 1.30 it started saying that delivery of the parcel had been refused and it would be returned to the sender.
This is not to a home address, but to my company's office in London E1, where we clearly accept many deliveries every day from all couriers. We never refuse a delivery, and I cannot ever remember a courier not being able to find us.
It was impossible to get hold of anyone to speak to, and in the end I had to submit an online enquiry. They are redelivering tomorrow, but i'm afraid it's a poor show when a courier can't locate and hand over a parcel to a company head office in Central London.

That does seem quite strange, could we please have your contact details and parcel reference number so we can investigate this and see what we can do to make sure this doesn't happen again? Our email address is socialmedia@dpd.co.uk. I apologise for your inconvenience with this delivery.
Thanks for your patience,
Richard.
