Would I use them again? I'll not look anywhere else when its as easy as this to buy acoustic parts and strings, well done chaps.

Improved Communication.
I had an email telling me that the order had been cancelled with no explanation. I rang the number porvided and spoke to an extremely helpful and polite chap who offered to investigate.
Next day my goods were delivered, as ordered and in excellent condition.
All in all an excellent service apart from the communication errors.
I have used Dawsons again since and had no similar issues, I will keep on using Dawsons, I'm very impressed.
