I have used this company a few times with no issues. I hope I continue to have a positive experience.

I agree with the comment about changing the ages or changing the wording to mum, dad, granny etc... on some of the cards as before now I have found the perfect card but was unable to use it due to the editing restrictions!

Goes in buyers favour!

Always seem to go in buyers favour even if the buyer did not collect item from the post office! How was that MY fault exactly? He paid, I sent, he decided he did not want to collect so item got returned to me and I had to refund IN FULL inc. the postage I had already paid! UNFAIR SYSTEM!!!!!

Just Eat

Too many bad experiences!

Just Eat weren't very helpful when I called to say two eateries were trading under the same premise with 2 different menus and also why do the takeaways on here have higher prices than if you to order off the exact same menu in the shop? Just Eat were not very helpful and I refuse to pay £2 more for a chicken (£4 if you included the delivery charge) just because it is on here!! Just Eat are not very good at customer services all the time I've ever needed help. I've been given many orders with things missing and Just Eat just did not care!!!!!

Hi Dilly,

I'm really sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service which we provide. I would like to explain the way our system works. When a takeaway signs up to use our service to receive online orders they must send in a copy of their menu, some takeaways may deliver a variety of cuisines and may choose to have more than one menu online. Each menu on the website would clearly state the location of their premises.

When the menu is uploaded to the website the prices which are on the actual menu are the same prices stated on the website. If there are any changes made to the takeaway menus it is the takeaways responsibility to contact us so we can update the prices for them. We do ask that the takeaway provide us with prices which reflect the prices they charge in store. If there are any discrepancies we will chase it up. Could you please email me with the details of any takeaways which you have found with discrepancies in their menu prices.

If there are any items which are missing from a takeaway which has been delivered to you we will contact the takeaway on you behalf and assist you where possible to seek any compensation sought or to replace any items for you. We cannot however compensate on behalf of the takeaways as they are all individual businesses.

I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
