I ordered a sofa form worldstores which was supposed to arrive today. I rang this morning and was assured that the item would be delivered today, great.
Delivery states on the website between 9am and 6pm so when the item was not here at about 5.30 i decided to give them another call.
The person on the line assured me that the item was probably just delayed in traffic or something which i suppose was viable. I asked what to do if the item was not here by 6pm and they said to give them a call back. I would have called back but the after sales team finish at 6. Clearly i had just been fobbed of until the operative went home!!!
I will never but from this company again. £19.99 for delivery but no item delivered.
My main gripe is that we had to wait in all day today for something that did not arrive.
Now i will have to do the same tomorrow, good job i have an understanding boss eh,
I wait in hope that we will have a sofa tommorow!!!
