I thought my Aeron chair had worn out - but an engineer came and had a look - readjusted it for me, gave me some advice on posture etc. and everything is fine again. The chair is out of warranty, the engineer didn't try to sell me anything and Wellworking charged me nothing. Well above and beyond what we have come to expect from companies these days - a real quality service - a very pleasant and heartening surprise. If only all suppliers could be like this.
