Justeat

Great idea but doesn't always run efficiently....

Being able to order your takeaway online and browse the menus sounds fantastic and saves that annoyance of constantly phoning your local takeaway only to hear that engaged tone.....when the site works as it should - score is 5/5
However....
I have had the issue on several occassions where Justeat has not updated me to say that the restaurant have received my order, so I end up having to call the takeaway anyway - defeating the purpose of this site.
I've contacted Justeat about this on several occasions, have I heard back? What do you think.......!!!
