If you need a sofa, get one from Nabru

What can I say except fabulous service and a gorgeous, comfy sofa. The buying experience was easy, being able to design our own sofa was brilliant, and the price was great. Receiving fabric samples very quickly through the post was also very helpful.

When we first found their website, through Google, we did think that it was too good to be true, so hunted for reviews on independent websites. All the reviews we found were so good that we actually started to wish we could find a bad one just to see what it would say. The only bad review we did find seemed to be very unreasonable. We were confident when ordering our sofa and they didn't let us down.

I wish I had noted the name of the man who assembled our sofa. He was charming, the perfect mix of friendly but efficient.

I must also praise their customer service. We ordered the sofa to be delivered to our new house, while still in our old house. Somewhere during the move, our fabric samples had gone missing, and I wanted to get new curtains to match our sofa. After an email sent to explain, a new, bigger, sample was sent in the post first class the same day.

If we ever need another sofa, we will certainly place another order with Nabru.
